Last Updated: July 22, 2026

1. Overview

This Dreame Aurora Limited Warranty Policy (“Limited Warranty”) applies to eligible Dreame Aurora products purchased by the original consumer purchaser and first sold and used within the United States.

The Limited Warranty begins on the later of:

  • The date shown on a valid purchase receipt or invoice; or

  • The product delivery date.

This Limited Warranty applies to the following Dreame Aurora product categories:

  • AI Toys

  • Earphones

  • Smart Rings

Each eligible product is covered by a one-year limited warranty, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions described below.

To request warranty service, the purchaser must contact Dreame Aurora so that the reported issue can be reviewed and diagnosed before returning or shipping the product.

For warranty assistance, contact:

Email: support@dreameaurora.ai

Please do not send a product to Dreame Aurora without first receiving return or service instructions.

2. Eligible Purchases

This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased from:

  • The official Dreame Aurora website;

  • Dreame Aurora-operated online stores; or

  • Retailers and online marketplaces expressly authorized by Dreame Aurora.

Products purchased from an authorized third-party marketplace may also be subject to that marketplace’s separate return or service policies.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resellers, secondhand marketplaces, liquidation sellers, or private individuals may not be eligible for warranty coverage. In such cases, the purchaser should contact the original seller directly.

Dreame Aurora may require proof of purchase and product identification information before providing warranty service.

3. Consumer Law Rights

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.

The benefits provided under this Limited Warranty are in addition to any rights and remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified.

4. Geographic Coverage

Products sold under this Limited Warranty are manufactured or configured for use in the United States.

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Dreame Aurora, warranty service is available only within the contiguous United States. Service availability may be limited for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories.

Products transported to or used outside the country or region in which they were originally sold may not be eligible for local warranty service.

Damage or malfunction caused by using the product outside its intended market, including incompatible voltage, charging standards, wireless frequencies, network services, or local regulations, is not covered.

Please contact support@dreameaurora.ai to confirm service availability before requesting warranty service from outside the contiguous United States.

5. Warranty Period

The following warranty periods apply:

Product Category Covered Product and Main Components Warranty Period
AI Toy Main device, internal electronic components, built-in battery, sensors, speakers, microphones, buttons, and included charging components 1 year
Earphones Earbuds, charging case, internal batteries, speakers, microphones, controls, and included charging components 1 year
Smart Ring Ring body, internal electronic components, sensors, built-in battery, and included charging components 1 year

The warranty period does not restart or extend when a product is repaired or replaced, except where required by applicable law. A repaired or replacement product will remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or for any minimum period required by law, whichever is longer.

If valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, Dreame Aurora may determine the warranty start date using available order records, product registration records, serial numbers, activation records, manufacturing information, or other reasonable evidence.

6. What This Limited Warranty Covers

During the applicable warranty period, Dreame Aurora warrants that the covered product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal and household use.

Examples of issues that may qualify for warranty service include:

  • Failure to power on due to a manufacturing defect;

  • Charging failure caused by a defective internal component;

  • Abnormal battery failure not resulting from normal battery aging;

  • Defective sensors, speakers, microphones, buttons, or electronic controls;

  • Connectivity failure caused by a hardware defect;

  • Structural failure caused by defective materials or manufacturing;

  • Other functional failures confirmed by Dreame Aurora to be manufacturing defects.

Coverage is subject to inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and verification by Dreame Aurora or an authorized service provider.

7. Warranty Remedies

If Dreame Aurora determines that an eligible product has a covered defect during the warranty period, Dreame Aurora may, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law:

  • Repair the product;

  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of the same or a functionally equivalent model;

  • Replace the defective component;

  • Provide another appropriate remedy; or

  • Issue a refund of the original purchase price when repair or replacement is not reasonably available.

Replacement products or components may differ slightly in appearance, color, packaging, or design from the original product but will provide substantially equivalent functionality.

Dreame Aurora will determine the appropriate warranty remedy based on product availability, the nature of the defect, service feasibility, and applicable law.
